After first try at installing it, found that the Catalytic heads are larger then OEM. Thus forcing the removal of the OEM heat shrouds. Once Catalytic was ready to bolt to the Exhaust manifold, found that the mounting flanges were about 3 degrees off. Made installing mounting bolts very difficult (Also the threads were differant, OEM bolts are metric, New cat was SAE) Had to go to auto parts store to purchase ddifferant bolts.So be ready for a weekend of fun, check the bolt threads to see if they are compatable with OEM, and remove Heat shields from rear cat compartment. Remove the engine dampener for more clearance to squeeze the rear catlytic into place.;Bonebreaker · Review provided by  carparts.comAll Reviews","brand":"My Store","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46974119739553,"sku":"P353529190995333966","price":33.9,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0748\/6285\/4305\/files\/fffc562d593db9d3893d82fed0a09c655e36c23a84839be6a77263c82e414488.jpg?v=1788658151","url":"https:\/\/auwhajjkd.sbs\/products\/2001-mercury-sable-catalytic-converter-evan-fischer-repf960302","provider":"My Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
